Interested in doing something unique to
celebrate a birthday, anniversary, retirement or other important milestone? Then why not host an Inspired
Wishes Event
Here’s how it works:
Using the precept that it is truly
better to give then to receive, invite your guests to celebrate your milestone event but ask them in lieu of a gift, to instead grant
an Inspired Wish to someone else.
Maybe volunteer at a food pantry, drop off a gift certificate anonymously to a needy co-worker,
donate money to a cause. (Click Here For Some Of Our Inspired Causes Here)
Basically, do something cool for someone else.
It could be someone they know, or someone
they don't.
Then ask them to bring to the event, as their gift, the story of their experience
granting this Inspired Wish.

Inspired Ideas Other Inspired Ideas...
Pick the most beautiful flowers (from your garden of course!)
and bring them to a local hospice for the staff. These selfless individuals should be recognized for their incredible
efforts.
Host an Inspired Wishes garage sale and afterwards donate the proceeds to one of our Inspired Causes.
Know of a needy family in your neighborhood? Why not surprise them
with a gift certificate to a local restaurant or movie. Annonymously of course!
At the tollbooth?
Pay for the car behind you. (This confuses them in New York!)
Contact a local nursing home and volunteer to go there with all the fixings
for an Ice Cream Social. Pick the most beautiful flowers (from your garden of course!) and bring
them to a local hospice for the staff. These selfless individuals should be recognized for their incredible efforts.
